Our Facilities

The park land style setting of Knox Park Primary School makes for a very attractive school grounds in which our children explore nature during play times. We are very fortunate to have a fantastic volunteer gardening group, who attend every Tuesday, rain, hail, or shine to care for and enhance our beautiful grounds.

Our buildings range from 1971 to 2010 and all offer flexible learning spaces to meet the needs of our 21st Century learners. We have three buildings, one for the Junior School, the Middle School and the Senior School. We also have a Specialists wing in our main building that features rooms for Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Languages. Our Physical Education classes have access to an undercover basketball court, an open air netball court, an oval, various asphalt areas and the General Purpose Room.

Classrooms are technology rich with 1:1 individual netbooks in the senior school and shared access to iPads and netbooks in junior classes, fostering engagement in learning. All technology is provided by the school and is no additional fee to parents.

Our Library, Science and STEM rooms provide children from all year levels with the opportunity to work collaboratively and in a flexible manner in addition to their normal classroom setting. We also utilise the General Purpose Room as an additional flexible learning space for a range of activities.

The facilities at Knox Park Primary School enable fantastic teaching and learning opportunities and programs for all of our children.
